For the first time in, I would say at least ten years, a book and a movie of the same title win the award for most-hyped worthless-pulp. The DaVinci Code. What a surprise that a psuedo-novel would produce a psuedo-movie. I apologize beforehand, but if you consider either the book or the movie as a model of good writing or good cinema, your critical sensibilities are severely damaged. Come on, please take a swing at me. I'm half Irish and love a good beating. High tolerance for pain is a wonderful asset.
